Spring Equinox menu 21st March


 Butter Yellow daffodils thrust through the earth in my garden, the sun is shining, thoughts turn to Spring...what a beautiful week it has been...

Raviolo stuffed with Portobello(bought from Portobello Rd market), oyster and button mushrooms with an onion cappuccino cooked by Charlie Nelson 
Salmon en papillote, creme fraiche with dill 
Aga-roasted Exquisa potatoes in olive oil and herbs 
Foccacia
Rocket and watercress salad with pine nuts
